997 turbo front splitter

Hi guys,
Want to change the front splitter on my gen 1 Turbo looking a bit scuffed etc.. Is it an easy job to attempt myself or best let an OPC do it?
Cheers and happy new year all.

My PC replaced my black front splitter with a body colour one a few months back. Having watched them do it I would say it's about a 10 minute job! Two screws at either end and clips along the rest. Probably easier as a two man job with the car on a lift though.[:)] (Having bought it through them they fitted it for free anyway)
Edit- Gratuitous photos.......![:D]

Something I also need to do at some point. But then there is the lure of the Aerokit or a TechArt kit whilst I am there...

I read somewhere that it is indeed a 10 minute job to do- with experience.
I've had a few replaced but they just get scuffed again [:(]

Ok guys cheers...yeah I saw the 2 screws either side but recon I will only end up snapping the clips as I force them in... Car is
Getting a few carbon interior bits put in so wil get them to do the splitter then...

If you want the Aerokit splitter its just over £400 and my total cost painted and fitted was just short of £1K fortunately paid by others.

A thousand pounds Geoff for just the front splitter! I think I will pass on that idea then.

I do have a nice painted (red) spare sat in the garage so when my splitter needs a respray I may have 1 for sale which would help with the cost of the Aerokit if you ever decided to have the kit fitted
