Evening guys
I was reading in e latest Porsche Post about the chap whonis turning his 997 turbo into a GT2RS lookalike ( looks great so far!!). There was something in there about a recall on all gen1 turbos concerning a tempreture sensor line being incorrectly routed and then rubbing against an aluminium cooling pipe and could be a new pipe needed and in a lot of cases its an 'engine out job'
Is this a recent recall and should my local OPC have picked this up when it has been in for service etc?
Any help on this as always greatly appreciated.
P.S my turbo is the one featured in the latest Total 911 mag!!
