997 turbo owners

Just wondering how many 997 Turbo owners have had clutches replaced on their cars as they seem to be like the pre-verbial to get a hold of, and was wondering if this is just that a lot have been done or there is no demand for them yet...

Porsche want £850 for the 3 bits[8|] or sachs want £450 for the parts but cannot supply them for 4-6 weeks[:(]
 
I've never had one replaced [&:] or it that a "phew!!" ?
I've done 24k in my 997 and its not showing signs of wanting one as yet.(yeah I know- famous last words)

I only know of a couple of people who have had one fitted and that was a replacement of a faulty clutch plate.. which from memory was done almost straight away.

15,000 miles on my stock clutch with 800Nm torque going through it. No issues thus far [8|]
