Aologies to Gary and everyone else as I am sure you have answered this before. I think my radiators on my turbo are on way out OPC on last check noticed small staining and I think I am using a little more coolant than I ordinarily would. Question 1 how much is replacement of all three at an OPC? Also even tho it doesn't make a difference to me as I have not got a warranty. I hear if you fit mesh grilles over that will invalidate the warranty as Porsche see them as an 'obstruction'. Wanted to ask you turbo guys or anyone else have you noticed any temp guage changes at all after fitting these grilles i.e does it reduce the amount of air over the rads?
I remember speaking to Jonas at JZM and he said as a matter of course when they replace radiators they coat them in a wax oil just to try and prolong their life which seems a good idea.
As usual any advice etc appreciated...

Guess where my cars off to next week....[:'(] OPC, guess why.... Yep! another radiator!!

Nothing to do with stone damage yet again, the veins have blown out!!
I'll try and get a picture posted up, but needless to say I'm not best pleased, thank goodness Chris at CG spotted it
It's the centre rad this time.[&:]

Sorry to hear that Gary...sounds like you have had more than your fair share of rads going....Makes me think of doing the warranty at this point...Thanks for previous links Alex...Have I got it wrong or does the GT3 have some sort of grille on the front to protect them?

Having had yet another radiator replaced...
Here's the picture of the central radiator prior... hopefully you can see how the lower 2 cores have ballooned out, you can see how it should be on the right of the image..
Either way all done and the car once again working well....[:D]

Ben,

I have a 996 C4S, purchased Zunsport Grilles which were installed by OPC.... so I guess there is an argument as to whether or not they would void an extended warranty.....

Would stop a rock & have not noticed any rise in coolant temp.
