9m Supercharger - 360, 430 or 480hp??

Thought that the genuine petrol heads amongst the 968 fraternity would enjoy seeing the results of our latest 968 supercharger development programme - the dyno graph below shows the power/torque of our standard 360hp conversion, our phase2 430bhp conversion (both running a standard engine) and finally our no-holds-barred package which runs low compression, Motec and a straight through exhaust on headers, conveniently running double the standard power output at 480bhp. Enjoy.

Colin,
I've strayed here from the 944 reg, where there are many turbo-chargers variations on modified 944t's.
Your graphs and info I have read about 9M supercharger conversions leads me to ask, would a 944turbo not be better with the turbo replaced by a supercharger?

What are the pro's and con's given the 8 valve head, 2.5L capacity, wastgate, motronic, intercooler, exhaust system etc

My experience of supercharged engines is limited to one car, a Golf G60 (not rallye) which I always thought was very hard on fuel. It was a great engine, responsive, revvy, strong, no temperature issues, but I think it used fuel as coolant.

I like turbo engines but the 944T does suffer from "Factory restriction" to fit it into the range where the marketeers wanted it not where the engineers could have put it.

Dougie,
Have seen the numbers and they are impressive, my own 944T has been Promaxed to derestrict it a bit, but my question was around whether a supercharger would bring advantages to a 944T over and above a turbo. Perhaps it needs both?[;)]
