Quite often get see this sort of car come up for sale.
In my humble opinion there are so many good 944 around for under £2k why take on an unloved one.
There will be so much wrong with it that hasn't been talked about that it will eventually cost twice its value to sort and not many of us can put it together like Porsche did anyway.
Unless you just like rebuilding things why not buy one with history and MOT.
Mind you if I had space i would probably get it for spares.
Now, where's Dumfiries?

For £250 its got to be worth it for the few spares you could salvage from it.
