All in all a great trip, car was spot on for well over 2k miles of fast french cross country driving and motorway slogging.

Just think I need to brush up on my camera skills!

Cheers for looking

Charlie

great pictures. Looks like a great trip. I really like the last one - how did you do the sky in photoshop. Looks great!

Good show. I took my S2 to France earlier on this year and had a simply superb time ... wish my pics were as good as yours tho'!

Hi guys,

Was a great trip thanks for the compliments. The pics were taken on my mothers compact 10mp camera. Always had a keen interest but have been less than talented when it comes to actually taking shots!

Having seen the pics I had taken I had a few reads of this website http://www.carphototutorials.com/. Some good advice on there if it takes your fancy.

Then just messed about in photoshop with one as I wanted a sort of magazine style shot with a moody skyline. Im not sure if there is a specific way of making cool shots in photoshop, just trial and error. I do know that reading some of the tutorials will educate you to a certain degree on how to get a good shot in the first place and then show tips on how to post process.

Trouble is as with most 'hobbies' it could turn expensive very quickly.

Oli - Loving the chateau shot. I went to a couple but annoyingly did not get any pictures!

Cheers

Charlie
