AS this is on your door step I have cross posted from the Sussex Region I hope this is OK

Event Saturday19th July Goodwood Motor Circuit

Just a quick heads up on an event I staged last year for the first time

Chestnut Tree Childrens Hospice in Arundel is a charity run hospice that offers respite for some very ill children and their families, last year we raised over £6000 from this event through a track day and paddock meet

Myself and two other to porsche owners were asked if we could pull it off again so we have got together with Parr Motorsport and Clean and Shiny Detailing to try and top last years total

The Paddock meet and parade laps and show and shine Is just £25 with every penny going to the charity via a Justgiving Page we have set up

The Track Day is sessioned (105db) and there are still a few morning and full day places left, so if you have never had your Porsche on track this would be a great time to experience in a controlled environment with only 6 or 7 cars on track at any one time ,a donation is built in to every TD slot

Parr Motorsport will have their Carrera Cup Race Rig with some cars and a team of staff on hand for the whole day

Goodwood are the host and marshalls for Track Day so crash helmets are available on the day

Full details on how to sign for the trackday are on the link below

We are hoping to give Pax laps for a small donation as well

I have spoken to your new RO so I hope this is ok to post

We would love as many of you to come and support us in what will be a great day out and same as last year the 3 of us gave all our time and organisation for free

Please take a few seconds to vist the Hospice page and see what a fantastic job they do,their team will be in attendance on the day as well

Thanks , Tony

Thanks for posting that Tony. Signed up for the morning track session, I'm a first timer so this should be a good place to start as there will only be a few cars on the track at one time. Going to Goodwood Revival as well so it'll be nice to have driven the track beforehand. Any other R29s up for it?
Cheers David

A few track places remain - as the three of us will happily swop our slots around, there are 2 all-day slots and 2 morning-only slots available.

A 105dB track-day, with ONLY 5 or 7 cars on track at any time is ideal; whether a beginner or a seasoned veteran, you will spend your time enjoying and learning, rather than constantly having to worry about and then adjusting for other traffic.

All proceeds go to charity - (the three of us also pay full-price)

Or just pop along and soak up the atmosphere.

Or just give to the Children's Hospice using our JustGiving page.
