Hi there,[FONT=verdana,geneva"]
Allow me to introduce myself! My name is Tim Bomford and I have been into cars in a big way for most of my life. Now 34 I've managed to stop changing cars quite so frequently and calmed things down a bit.....
Recently I've been having many Scooby/Evo dilemma's and have worked my way through 5 Scoobs (inc my beloved 22B) and 2 EVO's in the last 5yrs! The EVO's never stayed too long as the fuel consumption and tiddly tank was always a let down

To me you cant beat the Scooby sound though. One day a Porsche, oh yes, but which one? Advice welcome nearer the time....
Valeting/detailing wise the blurb on my website is true, I have worked my way through all the market leaders and ended up choosing Swissvax (formerly Swissol) to work with. The products do speak for themselves and the prices compare favourably to other leading brands. Ease of use is where I made up my mind which to go with to be honest. I've always spent a lot of money on car valeting/car care products with a "hang the expense" attitude. If it works and works well I'm happy. I have a £300 pot of wax I bought when I had the 22B just so I could cherish her that little bit more. The wax remains but the cars gone

[FONT=verdana, geneva"]I shall be attending the meet on the 24th and will also be bringing along a good friend of mine, who may be known to some of you? Gary from www.refinedreflections.co.uk who is something of a whizz at "paint correction", or to normal people swirl mark removal[:D][FONT=verdana, geneva"]I have been given prizes by Tony of Swissvax (sponsors) and also have limited stock available for you all to handle, sniff and interogate us about! No doubt we'll manage a few demo's and the like and try to be as helpful as possible.
Anyway I'll stop there as am not trying to hard sell anything, just introduce myself!
Best wishes

Hi Tim,

Make that two ;)

Welcome chap!!! I'll be in the concours with my 928 on Sunday, but I've a couple of interesting marks you could have a go at if you like for demo purposes?

Either way, I look forward to meeting you.

See you soon - it promises to be a cracking day :)

Cheers, Simon.

Good news, will be nice to get a result for someone. Come and say hi and we'll have a go at the very least!

Best wishes

Tim

Please note that despite my protestations for no advertising on the forum, I am not moderating Tims posts, because Swissvax are already committed to sponsoring our regional event, so it is not as if they are getting something for nothing. Rest assured, I am keeping a watching brief.

See y'all Sunday.

Cheers J, nice to get a friendly reply. All I was doing was an introduction...
I shall have my tent tomorrow but hope the weather improves. Was hit and miss at Goodwood yesterday, and been awful here today. Forecast is light rain, but it said that for today..

Si, look us up and we'll advise ok;)

Tim
