A80 40 mph speed limit

Was told of this a few weeks ago and might be of intrest to anyone who has been charged for speeding on the roadworks section or any friends who have been charged. This has also been in the sun link below

Interesting - does that mean its still unenforcable? Thanks for this Chris.

I've no objection to the lower limit in roadworks, but that length of roadworks and for a period of 2 years is taking the piss, so I hope the government get humped on this one.....
 
I would suggest that any offence prior to the one mentioned in the sun will be looked at and maybe overturned and they will sort out their mistake as the restrictions still have over a year left.
