Are the wheels balanced on your winter tyres?
There is a Yaw sensor on the steering wheel shaft, if the wheels are out of balance and you get steering wheel wobble the yaw sensor provides a fluctuating input signal and this triggers the ABS/PSM warning lights.
The fault will clear itself on a restart when a clean signal is sent from the Yaw sensor.
