If any of you are planning to install GT2 six piston or GT3 four piston front and GT3 rear calipers under 951, S2 or 968 (non M030 cars) i can help. I just made an order of three "kits". All of these goes outside Finland. I have such a set like does one of my friends. According to machine shop all adapters are ready latest on week 14.
Check out these threds on Rennlist.

If you are interested, let me know !

Keep us posted Olli. Damn I've just bought the Big Reds and rotors and pads. I'll try these out but may buy some of the brackets from you anyway. I know you and Pete have non 'S' models. Will you have a bracket to fit the 'S' model spindles? Let me know. pgarvan@bigpond.net.au

Patrick,
i sent you information yesterday.
We are going to develope a adapter also for M030 cars. There seems to be demand for such a caliper adapter. It's just quite tricky to fabricate, because both original and bigger monoblock calipers have radial boltholes. The plan is to have this type of adapter ready within a month, so all of you 951 S and S2 & 968 M030 owners could also bolt on GT2/GT3 six piston calipers under your cars

I was noticed it is not allowed to advertised on this forum. I would like to point out i will not get any benefit for myself from this adapter "business" . This is more or less "group buy" more interested people the cheaper the adapters will be.
btw. i will get 951 S spindles during this weekened, so we can make all necessary fitment tests and after that the drawings for the machineshop.

I just spotted these Cayenne six-pot calipers on ebay:-

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/PORSCHE-CAYENNE-TURBO-BREMBO-CALIPERS-VW-TOUAREG-NO-RES_W0QQitemZ180090367607QQihZ008QQcategoryZ10408QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

I noticed they are axial mounted and not radially mounted - it might be easier to manufacture an adaptor for these for the late turbo hubs. I'm not sure what the differences are between these calipers and the GT3mk2 calipers and if the disks are interchangeable but it might be an easier alternative.

... Damn I've just bought the Big Reds and rotors and pads. ....

And my Big Blacks are finally on the car ....how frustrating is that?

For those of you who might wish to snipe - I have been in contact with Olli with regard to advertising and he has assured me (as I suspected) that he is developing these and making them available for no personal gain. This is just for the benefit of the 944 community. The more that get made the cheaper they are.

If only more people were so community minded.

Big thumbs up for Olli.

Wouldn't it be a great laugh if we could sort out a little boat trip to go over and see these guys?

We've done Germany, we've done Le Mans, we've done Scotland, we've done the Lakes so why not Scandinavia? From the various forums round the world it's obvious there is a great 944 following across the North Sea

Not such a 'little' boat trip from where I'm standing.[:D] I love some of the stuff the Nordic warriors come up with too. I wish it was easy to do a big old world driving tour. Maybe I can link up with some charity or do a reverse of the old London to Sydney Marathon?
PS Olli, I must have wiped or missed entirely your email to me. Can you please send again?
pgarvan@bigpond.net.au thanks.
