Adaptive Sport Seats - Lumbar Inflation Problem

The chap who purchased my 7TT noticed that the lumbar on the drivers adaptive sport seats seems to inflate from a deflated position between drives. He's saved the seat position in memory with lumbar in the deflated position - any thoughts? Is a common issue or even standard? :)

Thanks guys.

Hmmm, didn't think lumbar was stored in memory, although the manual only actually says that the side bolsters are not.

The problem the chap has is that it appears to inflate when left after being deflated in use. Is that normal?

Ha! Someone else with this problem! It only happens to me on occasion but it seems that at those times it inflates after I've unlocked the car (suggesting it has to do with the seat/key memory thing)... I found it a bit annoying but not annoying enough to have it looked at. Reprogrammed the memory several times to no avail but the problem seems to have gone away again for now. No idea what it is but I'm sort of glad I'm not the only one (and also that I'm not going crazy!) :)

My seats are not the adaptive ones btw... must be a memory control issue/bug.

Thanks fur replying. I sold the car a few weeks ago but the new owner noticed it so I'm trying to do a little research on his behalf.
