Adaptive Sports Seats leaking air

The driver's seat has sprung an air leak! Go my OPC on the line who stated that IF it is not my fault, they will have to take the seat out and ship it to be repaired. If it is my fault it will be expensive. With friends like these who needs ennemies.

Anyone had this problem in the past? Since the pump works, is there an easy way to check whether a rubber hose under the seat might be at fault?

johnag007, which OPC are you using? might have to bear them in mind if I want some good service in the future!

" IF it is not your fault" BL**DY CHEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!
Their next line will be - " Looks like you must have sat in it Sir, therefore it is your fault"
What annoys me most is their attitude of going defensive before even seeing the seat.[]
