Adaptive sports seats replaced by standard sports seats

Help!

I've recently swapped my 18 way adaptive sports seats with memory function for a pair of standard sports seats without memory function.
(997 gen 1 turbo and 997 gen 1 Carrera 2S)

The passenger seat works fine, yellow connector connects and electric tilt functions normally.

Problem is on drivers seat. I've connected the yellow connector but there isn't a connection for the existing memory connector.
The heating function works fine but the tilt does not. I'm not worried about retaining the memory function but would like the tilt to work.
If I got the memory module back from the guy I swapped seats with, then connected that under the standard sports seat - would
that complete the circuit and allow the seat to tilt?

I'm still waiting to hear whether the other guy has had problems powering the 18 way drivers seat as I suspect his
Carrera 2S wouldn't have the memory function cabling with extra connector.

Has anyone done this or similar or have any suggestions???

I don't understand why anyone would swap adaptive sport Seats for standard sport seats
I've had both and love the adaptive seats
