As above really, I have the POrsche manual on disk but its a bit confusing, the pictures are not too clear.

Mine has a sway bar, I think I recognicse the huge 38 mill eccentric for ride heig adjustment, but where do i measure it from and to? The manual suggests fromt he centre of the torque tube bolt to the centre of the wheel, but then it says to measure it from the contact surface of the road or something?

The the camber and toe. Where does the manual show which the camber ecentric bolt is, also it says to loosen the spring plates to radius arm bolts? Are these the same bolts to loosen for the ride hight too?
It mentions the slotted groves in the spring plate for toe adjustment, and mentions a special tools to do it? Which bolts are the ones to adjust the toe?

The diagrams are really poor IMO in the manual, i am sure once I have it all apart it may make more sense, but just in case, any help out there!?

cheers

The trouble is that you will probably need to take most of it to pieces and clean it before it will adjust at all. You then end up with as set of components that are as floppy as a floppy thing. To get it all to tie up in the old fashioned way with string, and spirit levels is a bit of a tall order. I'd leave to to the professionals with lasers and computers.

I have access to some proper tracking and alignment gear, just need to work out what bolt alters what and also clarify where to measure everything form. Most people seem to quote ride height as from top of arch to wheel centre, (as on most cars) but the book gives measurements from the ground to one bolt, or form one bolt to the wheel centre......!

I have already coated everything in plusgas to let it soak in for a few days!!

As per the other thread don't try to measure from the bodywork. In terms of what adjusts which setting I'm afraid I don't know as that is one of the things I let my indie take care of and I haven't been with him while he does it unfortunately.
