Advice on selling/price/how to do it

I hope this is allowed, if not please remove, Im not advertising just looking for advice.

I have a 2003 96 C4S, which I have had since 2011, but sadly I have to face reality that with a new job and a long commute to work it can no longer be my daily drive. With two kids it doesn't work for the rest of the time so I need to sell.

The car drives very well, no knocks or bangs, transmission etc all good. 120k or so on the clock.

There are a few negatives. She has had a vinyl wrap on for the last 10 years. The paintwork underneath was great when it went on. There is however a scratch on the front bumper, and more importantly a little bubbling under the rear arches (not a lot at all, but there is certainly a little rust under there which would need sorted to get her 100%). Her service history was immaculate when I bought her however I truly planned to keep her forever and therefore was happy for the local garage here (not porsche specialist but reliable garage) to do all the work on her since. So not a complete service history.

I am in no rush to sell, but cant even figure out the best way to do it? Should I just put her up for sale as is and if so for what price? A local dealer has suggested I leave her with him, he will take the wrap off and get her back to 100% (for a price obviously) and then sell her on on my behalf (and give me halfway between the book private sale price and what she actually sells for). Or do I try to take the wrap off myself and then sell her on.

Its very hard to know what she is worth, Im really just looking to sell her for a reasonable price. She really is a great driving car. And at least once a day I convince myself to keep her but Im just not getting to drive it enough. Any advice really appreciated.
