Aftermarket steering stuff

Hi all,

Anyone using momo-type hub adaptors out there?

I recently got hold of a nice steering wheel, originally from a 935 racer apparently, to stick in my Lux (rather an ignominious end for such a piece of kit - but it looks damn good). Ordered a momo hub kit from Porscheshop only to find that there is no connecting strip/wire on its base where it is supposed to meet the copper contact on the steering column[&:]. Is it a duff adaptor or is more 'ingenuity' required to fit the b@**er...

Ta,

Some years ago a bought, from Porscheshop, a detachable Momo wheel and hub.
It, too, had the wiring missing, which I didn't discover until even my garage were unable to get the horn connected.

So, returned the hub, to be told that it was a faulty one, and it was replaced with the correct one. I was a bit peeved to have been sold a duff one in the first place, but all worked in the end.

Mine is slightly different, I assume, being detachable, but the solution will be the same.
