Agreed Value Insurance Cover

It's that time of the year again when the car policies are up for renewal...

Currently the RS is insured with Adrian Flux on one of their standard cherished vehicle policies, but I have just enquired about an agreed value one instead as RHD RS's are becoming harder to find and are currently going for more that I have insured my car for.

I want an agreed value policy that sees the car valued at approx £40k but they cannot help.

Can anyone help/recommed a company or know of a scheme that would suit my needs?

Thanks

Ollie

I am also with Classic Line and find them excellent. Free track day cover (PCGB days + others[;)]), agreed value etc and very competitive if you limit the miles.

Speak to a guy called Darren Coutt who is most familiar with Porsche/track day cover etc.

I'm with ClassicLine too, but they don't seem to want to cover me for non-PCGB trackdays. Otherwise, good service, agreed value, competitive premium.

Previously used AON which also offered agreed value for cars over 10 years old, and covered PCGB track days.

what Lee, Yoda and Tat say....I'm with them too and they'll accept an agreed value from Chris at GCR!!!

Very accomodating.

Ollie - side issue - are you on Dunlop SSRs? If you are will you mail me what you think of them - cheers.

yoda or anyone else that maybe going to spa or the ring. Have you asked them about cover for the spa dates or ring ?

I am with Classic Line too. I discussed this at length with them before taking out my policy. Porsche organised days with Porsches fine. Whether it is PCGB or another PC organising it. I do the European PCSF trackdays at Spa no problem. For Autotrack, Easy track days they charge £70 as there is a greater risk due to Caterhams( hit by one last year) and other lower values cars on the track at the same time. The Porsche Days in May seem to have some PCGB connection( not sure how?) and I was covered last year for them.

Other days with Pisten Club I had to pay extra £70.

If in doubt ask and be honest. Better to pay £70 that £30K!
