Air Conditioning "EXPERT"

Hello Folks,

I'm looking for someone who can troubleshoot an A/C problem on my 3 series BMW.
I know there are many who do great jobs on simple refrigerant re-charge and condenser leaks etc, but the problem I have
appears to be more complex. the system is under pressure, charged and should be working but it only blows ambient (outside temp) air.
So if its cold outside its great but anything above 18 deg then its stifling inside the car as it appears to be blowing warm air in even with the system on max. I need an "Expert" who may have seen this before......I've exhausted all options with BMW who just recharge it and its the same 3 months later. Can anyone recommend someone who actually knows what they are doing with car A/C ??
