I have a my2003 2.7 Boxster and would like to increase induction noise somewhat.I tried an after market exhaust and found that it resonated and spoilt the sound i consider a class car like Porsche should make.I have considered the Evo route but the fouling of the maf sensor seems not worth the risk.Has anyone tried another free flow filter{cone or whatever} that gives a better sound and has no drawbacks? If so what was the cost including fitting?
