AJP saves the day

After doing a few more mods to the 12 and getting it on a rolling road, I was happy with the resulting power......130 bhp and 150 Nm (110 lbs ft).

What I was no so happy with was the black smoke coming out the back at high rpm (5200 +). A trip to Andy Prill on Saturday sorted it, I had some funny home drill bits in the carbs and a float level that was way to high........easy when you know how!

The other thing that was not so great was the grinding noise coming from the generator, this turned out to be a catching fan & naff bearings in the generator etc.

So in 4 hours Andy had turned my car from a funny sounding, smoking bag of junk to a clean running great sounding flying machine. I can't give the man enough praise.[:D]
