alarm fault

Hi all in particular Richard, I have a 996 with an alarm,window door lock fault?
car was driving down the road then windows packed up and alarm siren sounded but car still runs?
car will start so dont think its an alarm fault,there is no power to windows and doors will not remotly lock? Any ideas as Im away from workshop till monday and would like to sort it? I think it could be a main relay loosing power maybe?thanks all
