Alarm Identity required please

This recent 944 acquisition has a working alarm on it. it came with one fob only and I'd like to get another. Any print on the existing FOB has largely disappeared. i can just about make out a CE number which might be CE 08780. The fob consists of a black rubber stem about an inch long and a metallic green circular 'dial' about 1.5 inched diameter, 1/2 deep. The 'dial ' has 3 black buttons, one has a series of dots on it, second has 5 'stripes' and the third has one larger dot.
Anyone identify it please and a source for a spare. the 'klaxon' has no identification on it what do the buttons do?
