Alignment issue

tempers

New member
Hi All;

Having had my front top mounts replaced by my local Indy, I've taken the car to OPC to fit 4 new P Zeros and complete the alignment.

The tyres have been fitted but they are telling me they cannot get the camber aligned at the front within the required tolerance of -15' +/- 15'.

The best they can do is o/s/f -29' and n/s/f -44'

I've got M030 sports suspension.

OPC are suggesting the Indy has fitted non Porsche parts; these were supplied by Eurocarparts who say they were Porsche but haven't confirmed in writing yet.

Has anyone come across this alignment problem previously? Any advice would be welcome.

Many thanks.

Not exactly the same issue, but I found I couldn't get the n/s strut as upright as the o/s on my Turbo, or should I say Chris Franklin couldn't. He said he often finds that. I wanted to run mine at the minimum limit of negative camber at the front, and although he could adjust it on the RHS, he couldn't quite get it on the left. He simply elongated the holes, making them small slots, and achieved it that way.
