Alloy Size Increase Problems

Hi guys

I am wondering if anyone here has had any problems after changing their alloys of larger ones?

I've just bought a 2003 Turbo with 22" alloys and I've noticed that the handbrake will not fully release unless I manually pull the footbrake pedal an extra 2mm towards me.

Also, seems to jerk a tiny bit on turns, but might be me not being used to the feel of it?

What problems have people here encountered after a wheel upgrade?

Thank you!

The issue with the handbrake is that the mechanism gets warn (apparently). I have resorted to doing the same as the OPC quoted silly money - they say that it is not adjustable and needs replacing... but to be honest I will get it done as I want to drive the car without these niggly things....

With regard to the larger alloys - the only issue I have heard of is that the ride is far more bouncy the bigger you go..

These cars are great - so I hope your car settles down and behaves. I have had mine 2 years and still love it....

its not the mechanism that gets warn its the small gas strut on it loses a bit of its umph but porsche being porsche don't sell this on its own..
