I'd suggest the following:
1. bin the tyres. I doubt they were new when you stopped using it? And, if they weren't kept inflated at the correct pressures they'll have lost their shape;
2. new engine oil and filter. New gearbox oil. New brake fluid, with system fully bled. New petrol filter. New plugs and whilst you're at it check the tappet clearances too;
3. you might as well replace the air filter too, unless it is very clean;
4. get the chassis checked over i.e. it wants someone going round everywhere for bolt tightness. A precaution, which doesn't take long, but is sensible; and
5. if you do plan to use the car properly this year then put 500 miles on it and then change the engine oil, oil filter and gearbox oil again. That will allow any muck that the new fluids has collected to be washed away and the new, new fluids to go into a very clean engine and box.
I have a really good guy in Nottingham who does lots of stuff for me and is very good. Let me know if you want his details.

Are you still doing Grads this year too? If you do sort out the RS for some fun, consider coming to the RS day at Oulton. Even you dont you track your car (I recal, its very pretty and low miles?) then you are welcome to come out with me (and others on here). Its a great friendly event.
That said its a little early in the year perhaps to get your car sorted.
And give us all some pics when you bring out of the garage!
