Alternative Club Night, this Wednesday

For a number of reasons - mainly holidays and weather - a number of people didn't manage to make it to this month's R18 meeting.

On an entirely informal basis, I have therefore suggested to Dean that we have an " alternative club night" this Wednesday.

We will therefore be at The Shard Riverside, Hambleton from 7.30pm this Wednesday, 22nd August. Dean and I will probably be eating there but please feel free to make your own arrangements in this regard. There is ample parking and it is a pleasant spot for those not already familiar. Good location about 15 mins away from Preston or Blackpool.

R18's partners in crime Jeremy Heney and Jamie Wilson have so far kindly volunteered to join what promises to be a lovely evening of banter and tyre kicking. I hope as many of you as possible can join us.

I even promise not to bore everyone with too many photos from my trip to the Porsche Museum, Stuttgart, last week
