See you bright and early on Sunday morning Kevan. My Restister parking hanger arrived a few days ago.

Jeff

Today I was at Althorp to assist with the preparations of the venue for this weekend's meeting, weather permitting it is set to be a very good event with lot's of very special Porsches to be seen as well as many members cars which will be on display.

Our Cayman Display is set with 9 cars on the Saturday and 10 for the Sunday but Register parking is limited to 6 others will be in th general parking area and while I received mirror hangers for the register parking it was too late for me to distribute them, display cars on the other hand did get their mirror hangers and so will be directed to the display area. I will try to get the register parking hangers to the pay lanes for the pre paid to be distributed to the first 6 non-display Caymans to arrive, meantime hoping for fine weather tomorrow and for everyone to have a great time over the weekend.

Jeff, drive towards the house the display area is just before it right at the end of the meeting area, we had a good selection of Caymans today and should have room for more tomorrow

We had a good display of our cars at the national this weekend 8 on the Saturday and 10 on the Sunday with a good spread of colours and versions of Caymans with almost every variant represented so it was a good show for the Cayman Register, the only types not on display being the 987 Gen2 2.9 and the Gen1 Sport one of which was in the Cambridge Regional Parking and who did well in the Driving Challenge, in fact two of the places in the driving challenge were taken by Caymans so again a good result.

Nice to meet you Kevin over the weekend, had a very nice relaxed time at the show and was delighted to have my car on the reg stand.

Was also nice to meet some other Cayman owners and have a good chat and it seems most are called Paul, haha

My Cayman got a little round window sticker put under the window with 'Cayman Register' on it - had no idea what this was so thought i would sign up and ask!

Hi Ryan,

Welcome to the forum. As a Club member, all you need to do to get your car on the Cayman Register is complete a register form and send it to Kevan Sutherns (Buddy).

Jeff

To get the form either search for the form on the FAQ section and email it to the membership office or send an email to cayman@porscheclubgb.com and I'll email you the form, when I receive the filled in form I will get you added to the register

At PCGB events that I attend I try to at such events as Le Mans I leave a screen sticker on any Cayman I see particularly if they have a club or regional sticker, at other times if I see a club sticker on a Cayman I will also leave a screen sticker for the register it saves me from posting and gets stickers to those who are involved on those days

Ah... thanks for the Cayman Register sticker Kevan - I'll fill in the form and send it in [:D]
