I have seen these on ebay for a while now has anyone tried them?

Was trying to see if they are any good, was not sure how strong they will be in relation to other ones from paragon etc. Anyone know the difference between 6061 t6 aluminium and t 5000?

These are made on behalf of one of the guys in the NE section of TIPEC and he brought one in to look at they are very well made and certainly look the part however I have not tried one as the last thing I want is stiffer suspension

I'm always wary of non assessed safety critical parts no matter how well made from individuals and flea-bay .

What data/test sheets are there on these safety critical items.

What recourse do you have if they fail?

What guarantee that it is t5000?

I'm not so sure these will change the feel of the car that much. The rear suspension of the car is mounted on a stiff and rigid tube so there is no relative twisting or movement of the pivots of the rear trailing arms. The rubber mounts are between this 'sub frame' and the body, so may stiffen up the relative movement of the body to the rear suspension 'sub frame' so I don't see how this will improve suspension performance. I guess as a replacement of the expensive OEM items it might be worth it.
