Just what is going on here?

Went to see the owner and was amazed by this creation.
It is a 1977 model year and originally from the USA.

The owner would like to know more about who is responsible for its design and why it was created.
It has appeared in a (American?) magazine in the past although it is not known which one.
Does it ring a bell with anyone?

More pictures to appear in a future edition of Porsche Post.

I have just checked the forum rule and you are not supposed to publish items that are ' Vulgar, Hateful or Nasty' and I think this car comes into all of those catagories.[8D][][:-][:D]

So THAT explains why it hasn't been taxed for nearly 10 years...

It is bizarre and quite impractical as you can't actually open the rear hatch anymore, but is also a complete mystery.

And I like mysteries [:)]

How heavy must it be? The back end is very low.

I know they put different bumpers on US spec cars, but didnt know they looked like that.[;)]

I like it!
