And another needs to go..

Certainly am.
I looked long and hard at the tuning options for the S from the US but in real terms they aren't going to give nearly the umph of the booost....
So who wants a nice S
someone must.[:D]

I have to say I have been somewhat underwhelmed at the response to my ad!
I know its not a great time to sell a car but for what I'm asking it's a lot of car - is there anything I could improve on in the ad?
Who out there needs to be converted to the glory of the S?

Might be worth re-writing the bit about the s being "undesirable" as more positive, something like "the rare and underated s". Forget the bit about seat tops fading due to luggage rack, they all fade.

Beyond that it looks like a good car. Were the cills waxoyled after the cosmetic work? Otherwise it might look like they were only done to sell and therefore might come back as a problem. The only other thing is to either drop the price low enough to sell quickly or wait for the right buyer at the proper price.

^wot he says [:D] plus it seems most people are keen to buy a budget S2 (probably with hidden problems) than a nice 944S, too many cheap cars on eBay have given people the false impression about the market value of our cars. I suspect you'll have to drop the price below £3K to get a stronger response []. Also one of the pics of a sill looks like there may be some rust, it's probably just the reflection from the gravel drive, but this might be putting some people off.

Thanks for the replies. I might make a few alterations to the wording.
I see what you mean about that pic Peter, perhaps I didn't look closely enough when I chose them. There is a darker mark on that cill but its on the outside - I have a feeling its tar so it should come off.
Not sure I like the idea of the prices these days but I imagine you may be right Paul. Don't think I need to go there just yet! I'll keep plugging along.
