Hosted by Club Member and Executive Chef David Woods this is the premier event of the Sussex region. Members from around the country come year after year to one of the best evenings around. Many make up tables of between 8 - 10 people and rooms at the hotel are available at a discounted rate of £85 per night incl. breakfast.
