Another leak Q

Behind the driver seat i have a nice puddle. Nothing else in the car is damp or wet, its just behind the drivers seat and the side where the handbrake is. All carpet infront of the handbrake and seat is dry.

Opened the sunroof, no standing water. Checked the drainage hole under the fuel cap. Looks full of shit and the drainage holes in the boot look blocked but there was only a tiny trickle from the drivers side one

Any ideas where the leak is or is it just the drainage holes for the sunroof blocked? Want to get it sorted ASAP as winter is here and its my daily car. Dont really want to driver with a pool in the back.

Get a tiny houseplant watering can with a narrow spout and pour water down each of the sunroof drains and watch for it exiting onto the floor under the car. If one is blocked then very gently push strimmer cable down the drain hole to clear it. Do the same for the petrol flap drain. Be very careful as it is possible to push the rubber pipe off the metal nipple and you'll be dismantling all sorts of trim to get it back on again.

If that draws a blank I should just sit in the car while someone blasts the rear window and door seals with a hosepipe and hope you spot it [X(]

I have exactly the same problem. Tried all the usual sources fruitlessly, then one wet day realised that whenever I used the handbrake, my fingers brushed the carpet alongside the lever .....and it was wet. Found that the leak was thru the door, just by the handbrake, and was dripping into the interior from under the door trim.
I still have the problem as I still haven't done anything about it yet, but at least I know where it's coming from.........

I think i have the same prob, seems to be comming from the bottom right of the door. When i open the door, sometimes there water is still on the sill and it all comes up when the doors open.

So i think in the heavy rain it just building up an spilling over. Although, my one drain was blocked and its now clear. After the rain last night it does not seem to have leaked, but its hard to tell when its already wet ;)

I found the exit for the sunroof and fuel cap drain. Is it supposed to be slighty sticking out the bottom by the fuel tank?

Just checked again and the carpet on the driversides arch is damp and the rear seat is a bit damp :(
