Another Sunroof Question

Sorry guys everyone must be fed up with sunroof issues.
Can anyone advise why my motor will wind down but not up?
I have checked the plastic gears in the roof and they are fine.
Could it be the switch/Relay or a motor issue???

from memory on the mechanism by the motor there are two micro switches you may want to check them first, if all ok there have a look at the relay pop the cover of you should find some sign scorching or overcooked component if it`s kaput......
