Another Turbo for sale in Scotland.....

Buchanan Motor Co again Nick.

Isn't this the 3rd one of these they have had on in the last 6 months.

Remember the Marashino Red Turbo S that got so much coverage

Hope your well Nick, got the car out for a spin on saturday although had to potter around as so slippy could not get the traction down. On closer inspection realised rear tyres down to wear limits[]
New tyres ordered today should be here tomorrow.

Here is looking forward to some better weather.

ps you going to do Le Mans this year???

Hi Lee, good to hear from you!

Took mine out for a spin on Sunday, but still struggled to get traction and my tyres are still OK for tread!

Not sure about Le Mans this year - I fancy going to the Classic for a change. Are you going?

Not sure yet but def up for going for a long drive somewhere that may end up in France.

Classic could be good although I have never been to Le Mans hence my thoughts for that.

Have to have a chat over a beer at maybe the shhhhhhhhh "A sort of Northern Ace Cafe" to discuss

Cheers

Don't mention the war.....

There are trackdays on at Oulton Park, the next 2 Saturdays, so could meet up there (not on track) for a beer and anyone else who fancy a bit of spectating and a blether?!

Hi Nick

I am in Germany this saturday but I think I am free on the 7th Feb.

Is there something on that weekend at Oulton?

There's a trackday organized by Practical Performance Car magazine and Focused Events - I was tempted as it's only £125 for the day, but when I did Oulton last November in the damp, it was so slippery (especially round Druids!) that I spent most of the time trying not to fall of the black bits![;)] Desperately need some tuition at Oulton.

You thought it was slippy in a 944! - I went as a passenger in a 300hp V8 westfield on the PPC day in Nov - cold, wet & on slicks [:(]

I think there are some pics in this month's magazine

- are those PPC Oulton days on Saturday or in the week?

Thanks Nick - afraid I'm busy that day...btw - I think the classic le mans is only on every 2 years, so next one is in 2010 - I went in 2006 & thoroughly enjoyed it I might go again in 2010

Hi Nick

Drop me a text or quick call if your going.

I was thinking of going via the Wheel Retsorer in Wrexham to have my new rear tyres fitted and balanced.

All subject to the old weather of course.
