Anti-roll bar bracket

Was driving home one night and heard a funny crunchy sound after every right turn (i think) Pulled up and looked around...no porblems. Next day looked at it in the day light and the anti-roll bar bracket on the o/s has snapped and is allowing the bar to move down about 2 inches (it has opened up the bracket and is touching the undertray!)

Anyone know the best place to buy one from?

The noise by the way is ruxt and the arm sracthing it (when the weather is ok-no noise!)

I presume you are talking about the front ARB? Your local OPC is probably the best bet for that. Shouldnt be too expensive (hopefully). While you are at it it is probably worth replacing all the bushes. I have just got a full set of front ARB bushes, 8 in total, and it only came to about £20.
It may be advisable to remove the ARB completely if you cannot get around to fixing it for awhile.

Well, i'm servicing it in two weeks (full major-belts and all!) so i was hoping to get it for then...while its on axle stands sort of thing.

I'm in bucks too, where is the best local place? I also need to buy a new water pump (being on the safe side).

Cheers

I tend to use www.berlyn-services.co.uk for parts. Good prices and very efficient mail order service. I dont know of any local parts suppliers, other than the OPCs.
