Anxiety relieved !

Cold but sunny day here in Sweden today. Have not been able to drive for allmost two weeks, building up a severe case of irationall anxiety. Really in need of a Porsche-fix.
Dreaded the cold start for a couple of hours. Came over it and went out for a good hour of driving in the country. What an antidepressant !

How is it possible that a 20 year old car is able to produce such level of withdrawal symptoms ???

Now I will be at peace for a few days, satisfied with looking at it a couple of times a day...

Hi Markus,
Yes, some people think I'm raving mad, (additional comments not required) as I also suffer from this affliction.
Last winter I was just getting my 911 out of the garage when my next door neigbour but one came by. He said "your not taking your car out in this are you?" (He owns a targa roofed Ferrari that lives in a fully carpeted garage with full central heating installed, A quite heavy sleet shower was in progress.
Yes of course I am I told him I havent driven it for nearly two weeks!
As I drove up the road I could see him shaking his head in a most dissaproving manner.
It's comforting to know that I'm not the only one!
