Any Architects on board?

Noting to do with 996's I'm afraid, but I'm looking for a bit of assistance.

I want to extend my garage, and have drawn up some plans. I am pretty sure I can do it under the new Permitted Development rules without planning permission, but I would like someone to take a quick look over the plans to see if there are any glaring errors, and what other details I need to add, before I submit them to Building Control.

Can anyone help?

Hi Richard

I have found that a visit to the relevant dept at you local council should help as they are there to advise on what is and is not acceptable, and it is free. Each area has, it would appear, it's own rules.

Hope this helps

Have fun
