Any recommendations for covers?

I'm planning to use the recently fixed Boxster as a weekend driver, so I need a cover. Anyone got any recommendations ?

I can recommend the Porsche indoor cover.
I kept the one I had for my Boxster and it now fits my 997 snugly

In view of comments below I'm adding that the straps (3 in all) go underneath the vehicle and special protection is present to prevent scratching to paintwork.

I would be very careful with an outdoor cover. I tried a "half cover" recently and within days it had marked the bodywork where the straps went over front and rear wings. Now corrected as I caught it early. I think it was moving in the wind which is almost inevitable. Car was also clean when cover fitted. A full cover may be better but I would not use a half cover. The one I tried was advertised specifically for my car - 981

Used in combination with a Carband from Des(no relation that I know)-you shouldn't get the "flutter" -which causes the marking.

I have received an email from specialised covers and can get you £25 off their RRP.

PM me if of interest.

I have used a Carcoon outdoors. on my Healey for the last 4 years. Our 993 and Boxster S are in the garage.

There have been no scratches or other problems, and you can even put a wet car inside and the air circulation dries it off quickly.

Even in the very high winds last month there were no problems. It protects the car well, and has a built in battery conditioner. Service from the company is great and spares, such as the cover for the fan which was eaten by one of my dogs. was delivered the f day following order
