Any RS owners in Essex?

Hi there.

Been hanging around this forum (and a few other Porsche ones) for a little while and doing some research on my next car. Its not definite yet but the 964RS is one of the favourites. The one thing i have yet to do is try one, but looking at the few that are for sale they all seem to be up North.

Probably won't buy anything till later in the year but are there any owners in my part of the world that would be interested in taking me for a test ride.

Am looking for something to hang on for a while (though that will be a first for me) and something to enjoy at weekends and holidays.

Already have a track car so although this may do the odd event it will largely be a road car.

All offers welcomed. The other runners are 996 GT3 RS and 993RS.

Colin. I'm in North West Kent so not a million miles away - except for the Dartford toll booths being on the wrong side.
 
Sounds promising! A trip to Kent and could try an RS and a clubbie!

May take one or both of you up on that. Am away this weekend but will arrange a trip out once i have a free weekend.

I do know of a nice CS for sale so would be good to see how good/bad they are on the road
