I have been thrown in the deep end tonight as my Boss has gone off sick and I have been volunteered to do the final defects snagging on 13 new flats tomorrow, gulp :shock: :?

I'm ok with snagging defects (30 years experience in maintenance) but I am not familiar with the defects/completion proceedure

need some urgent advice before I make a complete ass of myself tomorrow.
