Anybody booked for Croft?

Yep I'll be there on the PCGB day, see you there,
Any recommendations for good local hotel with secure off-road parking?

Following your efforts at Donington we could bestow on you the order of:

"RECOLITUS YORKSHIRE VIR FERRET ERUS QUOD NON CRUR IMBIBO"

i.e. Honorary Yorkshireman, ferret owner and non-shandy drinker. That should get you past the whippets at border control! [:D]

I'm now hustling 9M to see if they can slot my car in to check the temperature and possible pinking issues.

If they can, reckon I could make the 25th. If available.

(I was the rumour monger on the 19th --- days evaporate when I'm busy and dates cease to make sense !!)

Good luck with your brakes --- you'll sort it Paul.

Good to meet lots of 964RS owners with their cars: Keith, Chris, Kevin, Matt, Ian, Robert, Dave - sorry if I've left anyone out!

Was great to get nearly all the cars together in the car park!

Thrilling to be nose-to-tail with other 964RS around Croft at high speed!

Pit lane release was excellent with no near misses (unlike Donington!).

Yes a fantastic day --- and how many of us were there ?

Did you count Dave Forests black 964RS CS, and there was also a Maritime '64 RS at the other end of the park --- but was there a single 993RS ?

Where next ?

What a superb day we all had! Thanks to all you guys who were there who made the day extra special, namely Chris, Paul, Kevin, Ian, Keith and Robert...etc.
Pleasure to go out in other RS's and see they all differ. Great weather, great circuit and great cars. TRACK DAY HEAVEN![:)][:)][:)]

When's the next one???[;)][;)][;)]

There are some pics up on the Blue Pig website for anybody that wants to see them --- free to view !

For those interested in purchasing they are also available to buy --- so I hope I'm not being too commercial in providing the link --- www.bluepigphoto.co.uk

However, half way through looking my connection crashed and I have had to reload my browser software --- I am sure you will tell me if this was concidence !

Great fun, good company, fine cars !!

Great pics Chris. I've bought enough this year. These are expensive compared to the guys at Oulton on the RS day. Their pics were great quality & scenes and reasonable if you bought a DVD full set.

Not sure what to suggest before Oct 1st. An evening tracking would seem a little too short and risky if there are incidents on track especialy if everyone feels pressurinsed to get on track in the limited time. I don't know though never having been to an evening session. I could always spectate I suppose.

I find the full days great as they enable time on track with plenty of sessions with cooling down and discussions with other drivers in between. Every has their own pace.
