Funny one this but looking for autocar from 19/12/01. Its got the roadtest of the 3.6 facelift carrera in it. Can anybody scan the report and email it to me or i can purchase the issue from you if you prefer? Can't get back issues this far back unfortunatley. Thanks for your time, scott.

I've got it ! My magazince collection down to 2 shelves now, so this must have been a good issue ! I don't have a scanner at home, but can do this at my parents house tonight and e-mail it if you want ??

Thanks mate but i should have put up a post yeterday to say somebody from pistonheads kindly scanned it for me. Thanks again though, scott.

sent you emails. Ian got your reply but your email address won't accept the emails for some reason? cheers scott.

Hi Scott

Got the first 5 pages OK - just P6 didn't arrive intact - looks like the e-mail system is lying to us! Pls could you resend just P6.

Many thanks once again

Scott - thanks for the mails

Got all the pages - read the test - they do seem to have liked the car....!!

10 sec 0-100 is amazing but also in line iwth German magazine 'Auto Motor und Sport' that got a 9.9 IIRC. Would suggest it's repeatable car to car.

I would also be interested to know just what difference the PSEs made to the standing start figures. Don't know if you picked up on the post from Ess_Three in this thread http://www.porscheclubgbforum.com/tm.asp?m=99681 a couple of weeks ago but it would suggest Porsche are telling porkies (sorry.....) about the PSE not adding performance. Test cars fitted with the PSE do seem to give an unusuallly good acount of themselves in performance testing.
