anyone fancy helping working on my Boxster

I am slowly refreshing my 2000 Boxster and was wondering if there is anyone that would lend a hand mainly stripping, cleaning, refreshing and refitting parts but thought it would be a good bit of fun. will pay in copious amounts of tea/coffee and bacon and sausage rolls!

Bring it along to one of the National PCGB events. At other national events I have seen cars being stripped and re-assembled by professional
Independent Porsche specialist. This way it will be done properly and all you have to do is keep the keetle boiling![]

Cheers, its a great Idea and will probably avail of it for a good once over but I really love tinkering with cars so like to pull them apart once in a while lol!

If I had a bit more time and you were a bit closer I might have been able to help you out! As it is I think that the girlfriend would disapprove if I told her that I would be sacrificing some of our time to 'some bloke of the interweb'!

Anyhow, I am interested... are you going for the cosmetic or are you going to get into the mechanical side as well?

I have a 986S which is coming close to trade up time. They are really great little cars and it is astounding how inexpensive they are nowdays!

yea I know what u mean. I run detailing courses and my wife used to wonder who we had at the house. I love my we box great car. spent a few pound getting her perfect and they are actually not bad to work round. I'm doing a bit of both but will leave the hard stuff to a guy who knows that he is doing plusI will get him to do the book servicing as he helped me out and is a really great help.
