Anyone for a bit of bling?

Now i'm not normally one who goes for bling but I do like the Audi look with he chrome lines around the side windows and the chrome or dulled anodised aluminum effect wing mirrors you get on the RS4. I was wondering if the aluminium strip that runs along the edge of the roof on top of the side windows, doors and flows down the windscreen pillars to the wing would polish up to either a shiny polished aluminium look or a dull anodised look. Might look pretty good with a pair of cup mirrors painted to match, what do you think?

Why not go the whole hog for maximum bling effect and have them Gold, silver or platinum plated?

I'm actually being very serious as books of 8cm square Gold leaf are very reasonably priced at around £15 for 25 sheets depending on thickness and carat. I think Platinum would be closest to the effect that you want. The beauty is if you don't like it just peel it off. If you do like it a few coats of lacquer over the top will protect it.
