Anyone heard of PCT porsche specialists in the midlands??

I'm thinking of using PCT porsche specialists in the midlands for servicing near coventry. Anyone heard or used them. Comments would be appreciated.

Seperate company I think - heard good things about them but never used them myself

A friend had his wife's Boxster serviced by them and had clutch, sports exhaust fitted at the same time. Pleased with service and they called to advise that the front discs needed replacement due to rust on inside.No pressure to replace but he got them to do anyway. They kept the parts taken off to show and even packaged up the old exhaust for him to take away
They are a seperate company used to be based in Birmingham but moved due to fire at old premises. Autobahn had space as premises used to be the old Walkinshaw Jag dealership so had workshop going spare. I believe Autobhans workshop went their seperate ways when they moved from Radford in coventry to A45

i bought my last Boxster from them, I guess you pay more to purchase from them but the service is good, PCT and Autobahn are - well they say they are -seperate companies but you cant tell where one ends and the other starts, they are in one long building and seperated by a glass door (just the one - not like a door a corridor then another door) though they do have seperate outside doors - but you can use either.
The building is all modelled and painted the same, staff from one side go into the other, You drop your car in for service and sit in the waiting lounge of Autobahn.
I must say Simon - the man in charge of service is a smashing bloke, if he can help you he will, even advice on the phone, Nothing is too much trouble - and what i liked was no pressure or manipulation to purchase anything or to purchase more - just straight forward service and advice.
They even have a deal with the golf club at the back of the premises so you can have a game whilst you wait for your car.
PCT must be one of the best places i have used - ever

Sandeep, mention your rear screen heater to Simon (if you still have the problem) He will put the tester on the car and read out the faults - and he doesnt even charge to do it

Thanks people for the advice I will definetly be using them for my next service. And to Glyn I haven't had the rear screen heater problem for over a month but I will ask them to connect up the diagnostic to see if any faults are stored in the memory.
