Anyone imported a car from Italy?

Has anyone amongst you imported a 911 (or other car for that matter) from Italy and can give me any indication of the procedure/import duties/how to re-register in UK, etc?

Any information/help would be appreciated, please[:)].

Beats Marian shopping for Italian leather shoes when we went.[:-]

Andy, I had seen a car over there and thought I might make a "˜killing', as it appeared to be very good. But the advert has turned out to be a scam and was withdrawn very soon after me seeing it.
Luckily, I didn't get any closer to being drawn in. Can't trust anyone nowadays [:mad:] Might get some shoes when I go though[:)]
 
No such thing as a cheap early 911 these days Paul. If it looks under priced it is pretty much certain to be a scam.
