Anyone in Scotland got a confirmation on a GT4?

Anyone been lucky have a confirmed delivery of a GT4 from a Scottish OPC yet, or any news on how many cars the Scottish OPC's are getting allocated?

All I can say is that I went into Glasgow about a week ago to enquire and the answer was on the lines of "Sorry, no chance, we've already sold our allocation of 4 with deposits taken." End of conversation! [:(] Such a pity as for once I was seriously interested, not just daydreaming.

Four cars per OPC for a two year production run , Edinburgh had 32 interested parties so no chance ! [] []

ORIGINAL: kitchens You want to buy my slot for £15k[;)]
I've already got a deposit in for one, but just interested what other people are hearing from the OPC's and if anyone had actually got full confirmation they were getting one and when.

The allocation in the UK is a joke more needed for the Uk thats for sure. You can get one no problem from most of Europe PC dealerships. Down side for most only LHD cars. Good luck hope you get your slots. Cheers Cliff

Nope, job cuts and rate cuts mean no new toys for me this year. Maybe a house later but no gt4. Was talking with Aberdeen OPC about the GTS when my car was in recently and I mentioned the GT4 they pretty much laughed! Apparently all Scotland if not UK allocation already snapped up. A number was mentioned can't remember exactly but pretty low. I heard a rumour that preference given to existing GT customers and 918 customers. The marque is certainly stoking appeal of this model by limiting availability. Wonder what second hand prices will be like, will we soon see a 100k Cayman in autotrader?!!

Is it worth going abroad and buying? Especially if you are working overseas anyway, places like UAE are cheaper anyway.
