Anyone near Aylesford in Kent?

Chaps,

This isn't a 944-specific question but I'm asking in here as you all seem to have been a decent lot of chaps. Well most of you are. Or used to be. (And I can almost include Paul Smiffy in that, although he did once call me a 'Cad and a Bounder'.) And I need someone who is trustworthy in Kent.

Why?

Because there is an item for sale on eBay at a very reasonable price in Aylesford which I would like to buy but the owner has it down as 'collection only' and won't post the thing. It's a steering wheel for an MX5 with an airbag in it and I think he's unhappy about posting airbags around the country. Of course, I live on the other side of the UK and four hours in the car is a long way to go to collect a steering wheel, particularly as I don't have a 944 to drive there in. (Well I do, but it's off the road at the mo). So what I need someone to do is to collect the thing from this guy's house, possibly wrap it up/stick it in a box if it's not already wrapped, and either drop it off at a Parcel Collection Centre or allow a courtier to collect it from your house.

What's in it for you? My eternal gratitude, of course. And a donation to a charity of your choice OR I am happy to pay you for your time and the packaging plus buy you a beer when we are all in the same pub at the same time. (Yeah, I know - pubs. Who remembers them, eh?)

Can anyone help? I'd be really grateful. Please. Pretty please. Pretty please with a cherry on top. DM me or reply to this thread or call me (most of you have my mobile number.)

Thanks.

Oli.
